with Arno Reuser, Founder and CEO of Reuser’s Information Services
- In this 3-hour workshop, Mr. Reuser will draw on 30 years of OSINT research experience to present a new methodology to, in-detail, to examine what a customer really wants to formulate answerable questions, in efforts to have an in-depth understanding of customer requirements, making open source research that much easier. Participants are invited to bring a laptop/PC with them to do exercises. Particpants will also recieve full documentation/materials, access to a training website, do-it-yourself exercises, handouts, and post-session support and guidance.
